This is Joe aka Daddy Bao - the inspiration behind the restaurant and how we do things here. He ran his own restaurant for 32 years and many of our dishes draw inspiration from his favourite Taiwanese recipes.

From Merton High Street, follow the A219 road towards Mitcham Road. The restaurant is located near the intersection of Mitcham Road and Bickley Street. Limited street parking is available nearby, but it is recommended to park at the nearby car park on Singlegate (charges apply).
