Driven by a lifelong passion for the art of baking, I have spent the last 12 years turning a personal love for culinary creation into a thriving professional career in the pastry industry. My journey began on the production line, where I spent five years mastering the foundational crafts of cakes and slices. My dedication and natural leadership led to a promotion as Team Leader for five years, and today, I am proud to serve as a Supervisor Manager.
Over more than a decade, I have successfully merged my passion for creating sweet experiences with high standards of professionalism, product excellence, and uncompromising safety protocols. From the rich allure of chocolate to an intricate variety of delicate flavours, every product crafted under my supervision reflects a commitment to perfection.
Beyond the recipes and production lines, my greatest pride lies in my team. Guiding, inspiring, and growing alongside them has been the most rewarding chapter of my career. Looking back at this 12-year milestone, I take immense pride in every challenge conquered, every goal achieved, and the sweet impact we continue to deliver every day.

Meet Anna, our Innovation and New Product Development Technologist.
Anna spends her days at Patisserie Valerie turning ideas into delicious reality. From cakes and patisserie to brownies, macarons, and chocolates, she works on everything from the first spark of inspiration to the final product launch.
She has been lucky enough to work on some really exciting products, including our Ice Cream Sundae she designed for Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, which has also made an appearance on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, our Mango & Passionfruit cake, which won Britain’s Best Cake 2026, and the Luxury Nutella Crunch Dome Cake.
