This month, we say a bittersweet farewell to one of the best, Federico Fiorillo, our Head Oyster Shucker.
A true master of his craft and a warm, familiar face behind the bar, Federico has been an integral part of the Bentley’s family for the past 12 years. Before joining, he’d never opened an oyster before, and after training under the legendary Helio and shucking more than a few million oysters, he leaves as a World Champion Shucker 👑
While he’ll be greatly missed, we couldn’t be more excited for him as he embarks on his next chapter in Milan. Ciao Fede, we hope to see you on the other side of the bar soon!
