Meet our stellar sister shuckers, Khatiche & Rebekah 🦪

We first met the pair at the 2025 , where they visited Bentley’s while competing. Shucking at Borough Market at the time, they were drawn to the unique experience of the Oyster Bar and the chance to share their knowledge and love of oysters with our guests.

As luck would have it, we were looking for two shuckers at just the right time.
