FAMILIAR, FINELY LAYERED
Salt & Pepper Squid.
A dish you already know you want. At Kai Mayfair, it’s done with more layers: proprietary seven-spice salt, calamansi dressing, red and green spring onion powder.
Crisp, bright, layered and savoury, yet still the recognizable classic comfort you came for.

The RED APPLE: Throughout Chinese culture, the red apple has symbolised peace, prosperity and long life. At Kai, each apple is placed intentionally, not only as decoration, but as a quiet blessing of warmth, fortune and abundance for every guest who joins us at the table.
More than decoration, they reflect our belief that luxury dining should feel deeply personal: a space of beauty, culture and quiet storytelling. What appears as decoration is part of something deeper - creating what we call Beautiful Comfort throughout the Kai dining room experience.
