A COLD DISH WITH A LITTLE FIRE
Yellowtail Kerabu from our Yee Sang section, a Nanyang raw fish salad made with lime, chilli, air-dried shrimp, peanuts and crisp vegetables.

Cold enough for a London heatwave. Bright enough for high summer. Finished with just enough heat to remind you where it comes from.

CHOCOLATE FOREST
On World Chocolate Day, a look at our iconic chocolate dessert, born from a dream: a forest made entirely of chocolate, monster chocolate mushrooms chasing through the trees, and anything remotely green denied the chance to grow.

Chocolate Does Grow on Trees: Valrhona chocolate fondant, sesame macaroon caps, hazelnuts, praline ice cream and chestnut paste. Rich, surreal, and unmistakably Kai Mayfair.

QUIET, YET SPECTACULAR

For Father’s Day weekend: Rich Uncle’s Beef, Ginger and Rice.

A5 Hokkaido Wagyu, wagyu-infused rice, sesame and ginger paste, foie gras, port and shallot sauce. Understated, generous, and just a little bit spectacular. Just like Dad.

FAMILIAR, FINELY LAYERED
Salt & Pepper Squid.

A dish you already know you want. At Kai Mayfair, it’s done with more layers: proprietary seven-spice salt, calamansi dressing, red and green spring onion powder.

Crisp, bright, layered and savoury, yet still the recognizable classic comfort you came for.

LIBERATED SPIRITS
Ahead of World Gin Day tomorrow , here are two cocktails inspired by the same journey that shaped Kai. Our Chinese heritage, Southeast Asian influences and a beautiful life lived in London. Hope you love it as much as we do!

Slide 2:
SHANGHAI BLOOM
Peddlers Gin meets pandan, a flavour deeply woven into Southeast Asian desserts and drinks.
A meeting of Shanghai botanicals and Nanyang memories.Elegant, refreshing and quietly familiar.

We didn’t think it would work, but omg it so does…

Slide 3:
SOUTH AUDLEY SUNSET
Pink Pepper Gin, raspberry and lemon.
A tribute to our Mayfair home, where London’s traditions meet new perspectives.
Bright, vibrant and made for lingering over.

Still one of our favourite gin cocktails…
