Update!
Where are Alex and Kev now?
Well. We have settled in Nottingham and focusing on all round vegan wellbeing, nutritionally, mentally and physically.
So head on over to and give us a like and follow as we continue our journey there.
Alex is still offering vegan catering for her wellbeing retreats, yoga days and events as well as for others along with hosting sounbaths 2 to 6 times a week along with therapy sessions in Reiki, EFT, CBT, IEMT, chakra raves at festivals such as Into The Wild on August Bank holiday and a fab vegan festival in Derby at the end of Sept. All events are on our new page.
Thank you all for your support over the years and Shakers will live on in everyone but for now we are Living Balance
