Our smoked mussel wontons at Lucky & Joy ✨

We start by smoking mussels over cherry wood and jasmine tea before mixing in minced prawns, lemon, coriander, spring onion and ginger.

The wontons are then fired and served with our homemade chilli crisp made with dried prawns and soy beans. 🤗

💥💥 Huuuuge PSA!!! 💥💥We’re super excited to be cooking alongside Lap-fai Lee aka , a chef, teacher and pal who’s making his way down from Birmingham to cook with us for one day only. He’s as passionate about cooking over fire and Chinese food as we are and this will be reflected in the menu. Expect dishes influenced from all over China, from charcoal roasted piglet to a very special Hainan chicken rice. The feast will be served in traditional feasting style so bring friends and come hungry. This isn’t one to be missed!
