To celebrate our 25th anniversary, we are proud to present a book that captures the story, spirit and evolution of our journey.
Created by Chef Vivek Singh, Spirit & Spice brings together the people, dishes and moments that have shaped us since 2001. From the early days in the historic Old Westminster Library to becoming one of London’s most recognised names in modern Indian dining, the book reflects both where it all began and how far it has come.
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtful blend of recipes, personal reflections and stories from the kitchen. It is as much a celebration of the past as it is a look towards the future, shaped by the creativity, culture and community that continue to define us.
