Festival Catering Crew 2026
PLEASE READ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION BELOW.
We are a fun festival catering company called Dosa Deli, making South Indian vegetarian food.
I'm looking for catering and front of house team members to join us at some of the biggest music festivals this year. This year we have 4 festivals, see below for details and dates.
All staff will be required to camp at the festival, you need to provide your own camping equipment.

Ideally you have worked in a similar role and have some festival or catering experience, or maybe you’ve worked in hospitality before, or have experience of working at events. You need bucket loads of tenacity and determination, the rest you can pick up along the way.
You will be paid by the hour, be prepared for long hours on event open days, you will get short breaks throughout the day to refuel. If your looking to soak up the festival vibe whilst working and earning this might be the right role for you.

Key positions are:
- Front house - including till, expediting, serving. This is fast paced, think fast food jobs rather than fine dining.
- Fryer and general back of house - duties include frying, prep, washing up, running etc.

Festivals we have for 2026 are:
WOMAD – (Neston Park, Wiltshire) 23rd to 27th July. Some people will be required from Tuesday 21st July, others 23rd, end date 27th July
THEN 3 FESTIVALS IN A ROW, 1 NIGHT AT HOME INBETWEEN EACH.
(18th August to 7th September)
Greenman
Shambala
End of the Road (EOTR)
IF YOU CAN DRIVE A VAN FOR US (you must be over 21 and have had your licence for over 1 year) then you application will be prioritised.

This year marks a change of location for Dosa Deli, moving from our home of 10 years at Williams green, you can now get your dosa fix up in the Park and were pretty excited about it 😃

There is a free lift to the festival in our crew vans from our base in Surbiton, or you must make your own way to the festival.
Festivals we have confirmed so far are:
Brockwell Park (see above)
Glastonbury Festival (22nd June to 1st July)
The next 3 festivals are 3 in a row (12th August to 1st September, 1 night at home in between each)

Shambala
End of the Road
Glasto, Greenman and Shambala are a must as these are our biggest events, for EOTR we have a slightly smaller team, so if you cant do this please still apply.
