This weeks guest cheese is: Blacksticks Blue ๐ง
Blacksticks Blue is often described as the "Amber Nectar" of the cheese world. Hailing from the Butlers Farmhouse in Lancashire, England.
โUnapologetically bold and impossibly creamy. Blacksticks Blue is the ultimate study in contrasts: a buttery, melt-in-the-mouth texture meets that signature tangy blue kick. Itโs the orange-hued icon your cheese board has been waiting for.
Come in this weekend and have a taste ๐
