At the top, we have a beautifully textured ivory buttercream cake, finished with delicate horizontal ridges and topped with a gorgeous arrangement of fresh white and blush pink roses, complemented by soft silk greenery.
And I absolutely love how the fresh flowers, provided by Chic Weddings & Events, bring the whole design to life, with delicate blooms cascading down the side of the cake for that natural, romantic feel.

A little wedding cake perfection 🤍🌸
An elegant three-tier ivory buttercream cake, finished with delicate textured detailing and the most beautiful cascade of fresh blush pink and mauve flowers.
The blooms wind their way from the very top, flowing effortlessly down each tier and creating a romantic, garden-inspired design. Soft, delicate and full of natural beauty, it’s the perfect balance of understated elegance and whimsical charm.

One of my favourite elements on this cake was the beautiful swan topper in the centre, with the two swans creating a lovely heart shape 🦢 🤍

What people say
Shelley's Cakes is a family-run cupcake shop located on Belmont Lane in Chislehurst. The owner, Shelley, has a passion for baking and cake decorating that started when she was making cakes for family and friends while working from home. This passion led her to rent a unit in Wrattens, a local craft shop in Chislehurst, where she began supplying cakes to The Cake Gallery. Eventually, Shelley's Cakes opened its own shop on Walden Road in Chislehurst and became well-known across the county of Kent.
What sets Shelley's Cakes apart is their unique novelty, celebration, and wedding cakes that are perfect for any occasion. They specialize in creating special cakes that are tailored to each customer's needs and preferences. Whether you're looking for a traditional wedding cake or a fun and quirky birthday cake, Shelley's Cakes has got you covered.
The team at Shelley's Cakes is dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. With five staff members working together, they create an unstoppable team that ensures every customer leaves satisfied with their purchase.
Although the shop has closed down after nine and a half years of operation, Shelley's Cakes continues to operate from a dedicated studio where they concentrate on making high-end bespoke wedding cakes. If you're looking for delicious and beautifully decorated cakes that are made with love and care, look no further than Shelley's Cakes!
