All - Fancy a proper glass of w**e with our Sunday roast tomorrow? Sorted. Our brand-new w**e list is in! We've torn up the old list and started totally fresh, and there are a few I'm genuinely excited about…
Our Peyrassol 'Méditerranée' Organic Rosé - I honestly can't believe we didn't have a proper Provençal rosé on our old w**e list… This rosé is pale, fresh, and elegant. Exactly what you'd be looking for in a provençal rose.
Ormarine 'Plo de l'Isabelle' Picpoul de Pinet - confession: Picpoul was new to me, but this one won me over completely. Crisp, dry, lovely and citrusy. One I'll be drinking myself, no question.
And bear with me, because a Pinot Grigio is one of the ones I'm most excited about as well. Forget the boring old pinots - our Ombrellino Famoso Pinot Grigio has real hints of peach and citrus. It genuinely surprised us at the tasting.
🍷 And we've added a chillable red! Served chilled, it's lighter and fresher than a usual red - lovely with our Sunday beef roast. Perfect for when you still want a red, but it's summer and something big and heavy just feels like too much.
So come in this Sunday, have a roast, and put the new list through its paces. And tell me what you think. ❤️
One thing though: book your table early - get yourself in the diary to be sure there's a roast (and a glass of something lovely) waiting for you.

🍖 SUNDAY ROAST - BOOK AHEAD 🍖
Last Sunday was our busiest roast yet - and we very nearly ran out of everything. Thank you, Hanwell! 🙌
Here's the thing: we prep our roasts fresh to the number of tables booked. So a call on the day usually can't be helped - by the weekend we're often already fully committed.
So this week, get your table in early in the week. Book by Friday and there's a proper roast with your name on it - no disappointment.
