Introducing our Cecina de León Reserva at Barcelona Tapas Bar & Restaurant.
This exceptional cured beef comes from León in north-west Spain, where generations of craftsmanship have created a delicacy recognised with Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) status.
Thinly sliced, its tender texture and rich, savoury flavour unfold with every mouthful, revealing a gentle smokiness and a lingering finish. Served alongside our pan con tomate, it’s a beautiful way to begin a leisurely tapas lunch or an evening of sharing.

Huevos Rotos con Jamón de Reserva — golden potatoes topped with fried eggs and delicate slices of Serrano Reserva ham. Break into the eggs and let the rich yolks mingle with the potatoes and savoury jamón. Simple ingredients, delicious together.
