Earlier this week, we hosted a special dinner at NOPI to celebrate the launch of our brand new extra virgin olive oil, created in partnership with Citizens of Soil — Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
Sourced from independent family growers in the Tuscan and Umbrian hills (where Yotam spent his childhood summers), this olive oil has grassy, peppery notes. It’s excellent over almost everything, from a good piece of bread or roasted veg to creamy burrata - and even ice cream. We put it to the test by creating a special menu just for our guests.
Try it for yourself - it’s available to buy via the Ottolenghi online shop, in our Ottolenghi Restaurants delis, and in Waitrose.
