Created in partnership with Patrón Tequila, enjoy two light and refreshing summer cocktails at Yauatcha Soho and Yauatcha City.
The Mandarin spritz and Crystal paloma are inspired by seasonal flavours and classic recipes with a unique twist. Clear in colour and garnished with a melon jelly, the Crystal paloma mixes Patrón Silver, clarified lime and grapefruit juice and agave; while the Mandarin spritz mixes Patrón Reposado with Aperol, mandarin and Fever-Tree tonic water, garnished with a Szechuan and salt edge.
