Went out for a run in sunshine. Got rained on. Got windy. Saw blue skies again. Classic London. If you’re a London runner, you don’t check the weather, you simply accept your fate🤷🏿♀️

Hackney Half 2026 Vlog

Second year running the Hackney Half Marathon and it’s still my favourite race in London. The most diverse race with the best vibes, and seeing all the run clubs come together to run and cheer honestly made me a bit emotional. Absolutely fantastic energy all around!
Big shoutout to my coach for helping me train for this one 💥
Now onto ultra marathon training 🤪

Everyone should visit Box Hill at least once! I only ended up there because dragged me and Wendy up inclines I didn’t even know existed, all in the name of ultra training. 50K loading for me (Race to the King), while the girls take on Race to the Stones 💪🏽 But jokes aside, Box Hill is AMAZING! Easy to commute to, trails are really close to the station, unreal views, and it’s for every mood: whether you’re a feral runner or in your soft life walking era 💅🏽
( events are elite btw… CARLA10 if you’re joining us 👀)

Since posting about my British citizenship ceremony, I clearly wandered into the wrong side of Instagram… and wow, they’re pressed.
Just to clarify: a passport isn’t a personality transplant.
I didn’t get reborn in the UK, relax 😂
Still Brazilian. Still me. Just with more paperwork and fewer visa headaches.
Stay mad if you want 🤷🏿♀️

Brighton Marathon, I wasn’t ready for you, but I faced you bravely.
Lately, I’ve been battling constant fatigue, and this past week I was hit with a horrible flu. But I showed up… and I am so f*cking proud of my little soldier self.
I didn’t do it alone. Immense thank you to and .jasl for the warmest hug. To .me.lin._ and , who made me company for 5K. To the sisters I met along the way, I love you so much. And to my girls at , hands down the best cheer squad ever. I almost cried seeing you screaming and rooting for me.
Forever grateful for the women in my life.
And to my rock, thank you for every message that kept me moving forward. I love you.
This is about normalising running for girls women and old b*tches like me.
This is about showing up, even when it’s hard.
This is about facing our fears.
We can do it. 💛

What people say
Young Vegans is a food delivery service that offers quality vegan food across the UK. With two restaurants in London, they have catered to hundreds of thousands of people at festivals and weddings, and have even been invited onto TV. Their online store, Young Vegans Superstore, is the next frontier in their journey, allowing everyone to experience their good honest vegan food in the comfort of their own home.
Their brand of ready-to-cook meals includes their famous vegan pies and pizzas, which are always fresh when bought directly from their store. Buying from them also ensures a better deal for the environment by cutting out the middleman and reducing road miles and energy used for cold storage. Every sale they get makes them smile and feel grateful.
What sets Young Vegans apart is that they are London's first and only 100% vegan pie shop. Their food is not only unique and delicious but also inclusive to the widest range of customers available. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, gluten intolerant or health conscious, they got you covered with reinvented traditional pies that make you feel good.
Overall, Young Vegans is a great option for anyone looking for quality vegan food delivered straight to their door while supporting an independent business that cares about its customers and the environment.
