Friday 5th June, we were delighted to welcome Breatheahr for a beautiful
Breathe Melodies for Mums session 💛🎶

This special singing programme brought together new mothers and their babies in a supportive, judgement-free space, using the power of music to nurture emotional and mental wellbeing. The early weeks of motherhood can be overwhelming, and it was wonderful to see mums connecting, sharing experiences, and enjoying the joy of singing together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to the amazing team at Breatheahr for leading such a meaningful and uplifting workshop.

We hope to welcome them back very soon for another session! ✨

A beautiful evening of food, connection, and community at DINE Supper Club 🌱✨

It was a joy to share a menu inspired by my Indian roots, featuring Bisi Bele Bhat a 300-year-old recipe from the royal kitchens of Mysore followed by pistachio saffron nice cream with grilled pineapple.

What made the night truly special wasn’t just the food, but the people gathered around the table. DINE’s pay-what-you-can model reminds us that good food should be accessible, inclusive, and shared with everyone.

Thank you to everyone who joined, shared stories, laughter, and a meal together. Grateful to be part of a movement that celebrates sustainability, community, and food made with heart. 💚

Walking, writing, and finding inspiration in the world around us ✨

Over the past weeks, women from our community came together to explore local parks and riverside paths, using movement, conversation, and creativity to spark new stories and ideas.

Led by Futures Theatre and hosted at The Bridge, this project created a space to connect, reflect, and rediscover our creative voices no writing experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on this journey.

A pull-up is a challenging movement, but with consistent practice and the right exercises, it’s absolutely something you can build towards.

Try incorporating these into your training:

✨ Tricep dips
✨ Assisted pull-ups
✨ Lat pulldowns
✨ Negative (reverse) pull-ups

Remember, every rep is progress. Strength takes time, and celebrating the small wins along the way is just as important as reaching the goal itself.

Save this for your next upper-body workout and let us know what strength goal you’re working towards right now. 💪💛

As part of Menstrual Health Awareness Month, we came together to celebrate the end of our Stitching Stories journey. 💜🧶

Over six evening sessions, women gathered to learn knitting and crochet, share stories and build connections in a safe and inclusive space. Together, we revealed the final knitted piece that was stitched throughout the programme and reflects the work of over 20 women. This piece reflects the connections we have with our bodies and cycles, the strength in our collective experiences and the community that grew along the way.

The evening also included a Q&A session on menstrual health with womb and wellbeing coach Louise ( ), creating space for honest conversations, shared experiences and learning.

A huge thank you to our facilitators, Marie and Cashka, and to every woman who joined us, picked up a needle and yarn, shared a story, and helped make this project so meaningful. We will continue monthly social knitting and crochet sessions on the last Monday of each month, starting 22 June.

Here’s to the power of creativity, connection and community. ✨
