Could it be perimenopause? 🌱💜
Perimenopause and menopause are a natural part of life, but there’s still so much we don’t know or talk about. From understanding when perimenopause begins to knowing what menopause actually means, having the right information can help us feel more informed and supported.
And there’s no one way to experience it. Everyone’s journey is different.
That’s why we created Here We Glow 💛
A six-month programme creating space for women to learn, ask questions, share experiences and connect through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Join us for the Here We Glow launch event with Jenny Éclair on Wednesday 23 September, and explore the rest of the programme on Eventbrite. There are expert talks, honest conversations, workshops, wellbeing, movement, comedy and community to discover.
🎟️ Book your place at the launch and explore upcoming events on Eventbrite.
And this is just the beginning… keep an eye out for more from Here We Glow.✨

What a lovely evening at DINE 🍽️🌱
Last Thursday, we gathered around the table for an evening of delicious Taiwanese food, good conversation and community.
A huge thank you to Hsuan Yang for sharing her cooking with us and bringing the flavours, food memories and traditions of Taiwan to The Bridge Social. From deep-fried tofu and Taiwanese mushroom ragu to tofu pudding, taro balls and herbal syrup, every dish was full of flavour and thoughtfully made.
DINE is all about good food, sustainability and making sure everyone has a place at the table and it was so lovely to see that come to life.
Thank you to everyone who joined us 💛
Until the next one!

Paint, conversation and plenty of creativity at The Bridge 🎨💜
Our recent workshop for neurodivergent women brought together thoughtful conversation, creativity and reflection in a warm and welcoming space.
Through guided painting and open discussion, participants had the opportunity to explore identity, womanhood and neurodivergence, while connecting with others who could relate. There was no pressure to share or create in any particular way - just space to be yourself, try something new and enjoy the process.
Everyone created some fantastic paintings along the way!
A huge thank you to Grace Bryant who runs Neurodivergent Social Club London, for facilitating this workshop and creating such a welcoming space for connection and creativity.
Here’s to creating more spaces where women can connect, express themselves and feel a sense of belonging. ✨

Some creative joy to brighten up the week! ✨
Big thank you to designer .g who facilitated our Delicious Drawing workshop on Monday! 🧁 This session was full of baked still life, fun drawing warm-ups and was all about letting go of fear of a blank page.
Everyone had the space to try different techniques, experiment with different mediums and connect with others in the process. We loved seeing everyone’s creations at the end (even the artful splatter of the fallen jello dessert!)
Here’s to more delicious creativity, experimentation and play! 😋🎨💙

It was an open, honest and heartfelt conversation about the realities of solo parenting. Together, we created a safe space to share experiences and celebrate the resilience and strength of single-parent families.
Big thank you to Ruihua, Diana (༺ 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳 ༻ 🇨🇴) and Sandy who shared their experiences as solo mums and led a meaningful conversation. They closed the session with a beautiful poem that left us feeling connected and inspired. ✨
