Introducing the Short Rib Burger. 🍔
Featuring a generous 10oz of prime beef - consisting of a 5oz beef burger from our Original Burger recipe topped with a 5oz slow-cooked barbecued bone-in beef short rib followed by home-made barbecue sauce and crisp, tart pickles and red onion to finish.
The Short Rib Burger will be available across all London restaurants for a limited period from Monday 21st August until Sunday 27th August. The burger will also be available for takeaway and delivery at six of the Burger & Lobster locations via Deliveroo.
