“Saffron was our choice hands down from the first call we had. Professional, understanding and immediately built a relationship. The tasting was amazing! I always go by feedback of others, and our guests were bowled over on the day - the canapes stood out and the meal was perfection. Planning in the weeks prior was consistent in terms of handover to the events team, communication about changes and the Saffron team were extremely accommodating. They also did the cake for us which was just stunning. To give anyone an insight on how much trust we had in Saffron, the first time we saw the cake was after the starters! On the day the waiting staff were professional, attentive and worked well with the venue organisers. Gareth, Dawn & Angie set a high standard and hit it if not exceed. Our Pavlovas have been a huge hit this year. Pillowy meringue, lashings of fresh cream and seasonal berries, what’s not to like?
Whatever the season, a Pavlova is the perfect way to finish your wedding breakfast before the party begins.

We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for everything you did to make our wedding day so special. Angie was absolutely incredible! We honestly felt like you had our backs the whole way through and truly wanted us to have the best day.
On the day itself, you brought our whole vision to life so beautifully. You captured every single detail. The food and service were fantastic, everyone was raving about it. We can’t tell you how many compliments we had from our guests! And the wedding cake - wow. It was such a hit!
