How to make fresh pasta.
Making fresh pasta dough is very easy! Just a few ingredients: flour, eggs (usually 1 egg every 100g of flour), extra virgin olive oil and salt, all together in a bowl. Add water 1 teaspoon at a time until you get a very smooth and very thick dough. The dough wants to be kneaded for 10 minutes and then rest for another 10 minutes. Divide dough into smaller balls and use a pasta machine to roll and cut dough into desired pasta shape. TADA! Ready to cook.
