Why is a professionally designed menu so crucial for a business? 🤔✍️
1️⃣ A well-designed menu can immediately convey a sense of professionalism.
2️⃣ Strategic design can drive sales and increase profitability. By using visual elements and layout techniques, a menu can subtly guide customers toward making certain choices.
3️⃣ The menu is a powerful tool to express the restaurant's brand personality.
4️⃣ A clear, well-organised menu enhances the dining experience by making it easy for customers to find what they want. This reduces decision fatigue and ensures a smoother, more enjoyable dining experience.
5️⃣ A menu is also a marketing tool that can be used to promote new items, seasonal specials, and promotions.

As some of you know our first launch party week didn’t go to plan!
We had all sorts of staffing issues which meant we couldn’t open some days – the manager got covid, a chef was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer and has left to recover and another chef didn’t show up.
And that’s on top of spiralling utilities, food costs, train and tube strikes.
Who’d open a restaurant right now, geez?!
Anyway, we have a fantastic new team and are ready for the launch party week, The Sequel.

Italian restaurants are known for their exceptional pizzas, and Firebrand Pizza in Lisson Grove, London is no exception. Their sourdough pizzas are made in a wood-fired oven, resulting in a crispy crust and delicious toppings. Despite some initial staffing issues during their launch party week, the restaurant has bounced back with a fantastic new team. And their menu items speak for themselves - the tuna tacos are a must-try, and they even offer a new brunch menu on Saturdays with bottomless Prosecco options. Don't miss out on this gem of an Italian restaurant in London.
