From Villa Malacari in the Marche, this Rosso Conero is pure Montepulciano, grown on the Grigiano hill near the Adriatic and made by one of the region’s oldest families. Dark cherry and berry fruit, a thread of warming spice, and a gentle earthiness underneath. Aged in large neutral casks, so the fruit stays clear and the texture stays soft.

From Les Crêtes in the Valle d’Aosta, two wines from one of the highest vineyards in Europe. Mon Blanc is straw gold and unoaked, with white peach, soft florals and a clean mineral finish. Mon Rouge is its quieter counterpart, a blend of native and international grapes, fragrant and gently soft, made for slow dining.
