Full time or substantial part time role available at an award-winning bakery based in Reeth in the glorious Yorkshire Dales.

Modern bakery kitchen, no overnight shifts (earliest start is 5am) and wonderful team.

We’re passionate about making delicious long fermented breads and French pastries and are looking for someone who shares our joy of pulling the perfect loaf out of the oven!

Experience in an artisan bakery making sourdoughs is highly desirable (and could lead to a senior position if desired)
but we have a track record of training novice bakers with the right attitude.

Start date flexible but ideally early July.

Good news! We’re open as usual this Easter weekend.

We’ve dialled down the menu slightly for April to help us cope with a busy bank holiday weekend and some staffing changes over the coming weeks. You’ll still get delicious food and fabulous service from the team but you’ll notice not all your favourites are there. Watch this space for some new menu items coming down the line.

For public transport, you can take the train to Richmond Station and then walk south on Station Road. Turn left onto Frenchgate, continue straight onto Finkle Street, and then turn right onto Silver Street.

If driving, from the A1(M) take the A6136 exit toward Catterick/Richmond. Follow signs for Richmond town center and park at the Friary Gardens Car Park or Castle Hill Car Park. Walk towards Market Place and then turn left onto Silver Street.
