We’re so excited to be part of the One Planet Plate campaign launching today. The initiative from Food Made Good aims to put sustainability on the menu and serve up a food revolution.

Chefs worldwide have contributed a range of delicious dishes to help diners vote with their forks. Oliver Gladwin has shared a recipe for Stuffed Rolled Rabbit that celebrates local, seasonal produce. We’re serving it up in our Valentine’s set menu from the 11th-18th February so you can get local and wild with your loved one.

Join us in a toast to the haggis at our annual Burns Night dinner on Tuesday 25th January 🥔

Book a table at Rabbit to feast on our homemade caramelised and braised haggis, with lamb mince, lamb offal, spices and oatmeal, served up with a neeps and tattie rosti and decadent whisky sauce.

We’ve created a special cocktail with a wee dram of the finest Beeble honey-infused whisky to pair with your Scottish feast, and one of our charming team members will perform the 'Address to the Haggis'.

Round off the evening with our take on cranachan, combining whisky infused cream, rolled oats and a drizzle of honey. Slàinte mhath!
