Hi Fellow Nigerians,
Today am opportune to address floating exchange rate and it's impact on our daily lives but most importantly I will like to look into some solutions and make this a thread and will try to update it as well and all comment, recommendation and sharing will be appreciated.
Also, I am open to all criticism as well so that I can learn while enlighten us.
1.The Foreign Exchange reserve and rate that we are currently seeing as high as it can get is such a transparent nature of you and my influence on the global stage in terms of our purchasing power.
2.Before we start talking about how we get here, I want my third point to be a solution so that the thread is short to start with
3.How do we gain more foreign exchange?
A.
By using our collective effort to export more of our own home made goods and services abroad and earning the foreign exchange.
So, if you are not yet exporting Made in Nigeria goods and services start to think about that so that at least if even 10% to 20% of our population come together to start exporting anything, then overtime we will eventually have a trade balance where our net export exceeds our net import.
I hope you take a common wisdom out of this and if you need a partner in United Kingdom, USA, Canada to partner with on your business keep in touch.
