Ever had a soup inside a deep-fried croquette? 🇨🇴
That is exactly what we made for Colombia Week at La Ruta Gastronómica.
Ajiaco is a much loved Colombian soup. It is made with potatoes, chicken and corn. Our chef José turned it into crispy little croquettes. They are soft inside, golden and crunchy outside.
Ajiaco Croquettes: crispy croquettes filled with chicken, potato, sweetcorn and Colombian guascas béchamel, served with avocado crema and capers.
This week the dish is just £8. That is a special price for the festival.
Come and try them this week. If you love them, vote for us! 🗳️

This weekend (7th-8th February) we are celebrating Pisco with Peruvian Pisco Sour Day on the first Saturday in February and Chilean Piscola Day on 8th February.
There is an intense rivalry between Peru and Chile about who "owns" Pisco and the Pisco Sour, but it is too good to argue over.... After dry January it is time to celebrate this fabulous spirit and get Piscoed!
