Not all Pinot Noir comes from the same place. 🍷
Pinot Noir is one of the world’s great red grape varieties, originating in Burgundy, France, being known for its finesse and ability to express the terroir.
Tayu 1865 Pinot Noir comes from the remote Malleco Valley in southern Chile and is made through a unique collaboration between the indigenous Mapuche people of Buchahueico with Viña San Pedro **es **egroup
"Tayu" means "ours" in the language of the Mapuche and offers local families the opportunity to grow vines on their own land and earn a better living without having to move to towns. It is a great example of social and cultural sustainability.
Come and try this lovely w**e for yourself at Paladar and support a worthy cause! 🍷

It all started with a group of friends in Cuba. 🇨🇺
Years later, those same friends brought the taste of Latin America back to London and created Paladar.
This is the story of how it all began. ❤️

Ever had a soup inside a deep-fried croquette? 🇨🇴
That is exactly what we made for Colombia Week at La Ruta Gastronómica.
Ajiaco is a much loved Colombian soup. It is made with potatoes, chicken and corn. Our chef José turned it into crispy little croquettes. They are soft inside, golden and crunchy outside.
Ajiaco Croquettes: crispy croquettes filled with chicken, potato, sweetcorn and Colombian guascas béchamel, served with avocado crema and capers.
This week the dish is just £8. That is a special price for the festival.
Come and try them this week. If you love them, vote for us! 🗳️
