San Marzano tomatoes only grow in one place: 200 square kilometres in the foothills of Vesuvius. The volcanic soil makes them so rich in minerals you don’t even need salt. A drizzle of olive oil and some oregano is all they need 🍅

Pizza Pilgrims is coming to Germany! 🇩🇪🤯🕺
15 years ago, we crossed Italy in a Piaggio tuk-tuk on a pilgrimage to find the best ingredients and chase a dream of opening our own pizzeria in London.
Now we’re back on the road. 3 Fiat 500s. 1,500km. Napoli to Munich. Visiting our favourite suppliers along the way, with one VERY important deadline: the opening party of our first pizzeria in Germany.

Cheese sorted, now for the sausage. Meet Michael, aka Grandad, a man who takes his bangers very, VERY seriously.
James worked his way through the range, one link at a time, until it came down to a single winner. Not every sausage makes the cut, though frankly, we think they should.

Her Royal Highness, the Principessa DOP. 👑🍕 A bit of a show-off, but with toppings like these, can you blame her?
18-month Prosciutto di Parma DOP, Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP tomatoes, 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Mozzarella di Bufala DOP, finished with rocket and extra virgin olive oil.
Watch her come together. Try to act impressed. She expects it.

We sat down with Jonathan, aka Crafty, to taste nine different cheeses and find the one for our collab pizza. Naturally, we couldn't decide on one, so we went with two.
