Check us out on the 6 o'clock ITV News TONIGHT. We'll be discussing how we've been left stranded with minimal communication from Thames Water 💧 contractors undertaking the reinstatement works and why we need an interim payment to start our road to reopening and to look after our team.

What a buoyant turn out!🛟 Huge thanks to everyone who popped over to say hello at the Bow Quarter Summer Festival! ☀️🍹
It was genuinely refreshing to see so many familiar faces, soak up the sun, and keep cool together with our frozen margs 🍋🟩
As you might have noticed from our trusty lifebuoy, we’ve officially launched our Crowdfunder! While we're riding out the wave until we reopen, we want to make sure our incredible team has total peace of mind and extra reassurance while things take their course to get us back up and running. Plus, it gives us a head start on prepping one massive relaunch party! 🎉

We're super disappointed to not be open for the final today! 😢 Throwback to last Saturday's vibes whilst we look forward to reopening soon!
Although now dried out we have an entire pub cellar of equipment to replace!
We're working hard to get everything in as quickly as possible so we can get back to pouring pints, bringing your favourite local pub friendliness and serving up the best pizzas with soon!!

We regret to inform that the Lord Morpeth indoor lido is officially closed!
We managed to pull off a miracle for the match, but now the real work begins. We are officially closed until further notice while we dry out the electrics, replace the ruined kit, and get our b**r taps looking and feeling a lot less like they've just had a warm mud bath 🛁
We are so incredibly grateful for all your support, laughs, and patience over the last few days. We will keep you updated right here as the repairs progress!

OH DEER… THE GAME IS OFFICIALLY BACK ON!
No fawn-ing around here - our resident cellar stag has officially poked his head up to confirm that we have pulled off a football miracle! Against all odds, the power is back, the big screens are live, and we ARE opening our doors for tomorrow's big match! 😭🙌
Because our cellar is still recovering from the flood, this night is a unique, match-only pop-up. Here’s the staggering truth of how things will look:
🕗 Doors open at 20:00: We open strictly for the game and close when the vibes die down (or the drinks run out!).
🍺 The Liquid Situation: A HUGE lifesaving shoutout to the absolute legends at Pillars Brewery for helping us make this happen! They saved our skins by supplying temporary bar taps and l***r at lightning speed. We’ve also got a mountain of cans and bottles (and yes, we secured the Guinness!).
🛠️ Going Back Undercover: As soon as the final whistle blows and the party ends, we will be closing our doors again for at least a week to finish full repairs - so tomorrow is your only chance to party with us for a while!
Our sister pub The Waterman's Arms still has plenty of space and will also be screening the game live, should you want a little something different!
We fought through literal deep water and saved the stag for this one, let’s make it unforgettable.

When life gives you a flooded cellar… you move the party! 🌊🍻
Swipe to see the absolute swimming pool Thames Water gifted us overnight! A massive water mains burst right outside, completely flooding our cellar and knocking out our power and cooling systems.
It's looking a bit touch-and-go for Saturday’s England v Norway clash, BUT we are fighting for a football miracle! 🏃♂️💨 Our crew is working around the clock to dry things out. We’ll make the final official call right here tomorrow afternoon to let you know if the doors can swing open!
🚀 THE EPIC PLAN B:
A bit of water isn't stopping us from cheering on the Three Lions! If we can’t open, the legendary party is officially moving to our sister pub, The Waterman's Arms! They’ve got big screens, unmatched vibes, and plenty of space for everyone.✨
