Sometimes, the quietest seasons hold the most powerful momentum.

I’ve been away from this space for a bit, taking time where it was needed most- tending to home, family, and the things that truly anchor us when life gets heavy.

But behind the scenes, the work hasn't stopped. The passion for our food, our flavours, my love for Antigua, the Caribbean, and the legacy passed down from my grandmother, Mama Lolly, has been burning as brightly as ever✨️
In that quiet time, I’ve been perfecting a brand-new Limited edition creation,
a rich, vibrant spiced Plantain pepper sauce!🌟
and today, I am so proud to share that it has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Great British Food Awards! 🌶️✨

To be recognized as a finalist for the second time for something born out of pure love, heritage, and hard work means more to me than words can say. It’s a reminder that even when life feels overwhelming, the craft holds firm.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey, sent love, or believed in what we bring to the table. Final results come out this autumn, but for now, we celebrate the journey.

Leaving Antigua is never easy, but I’m returning to London with a full and happy heart and so many beautiful memories! 🇦🇬✨

A special, heartfelt thank you to the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority for making this entire experience possible and inviting Mama Lolly’s to participate in Culinary Month.

The Mama Lolly’s 'Homecoming Harvest' was incredibly humbling. To everyone who welcomed us home with open arms and to all the phenomenal chefs I had the pleasure of meeting - thank you.

A huge thank you to the amazing team at The Fox House, It was an honour to share the kitchen with such dedicated hospitality professionals.

Siboney Beach Club for such stunning hospitality and service.

The Fab Fest team for giving us the opportunity to share Mama Lolly's award winning hot sauces with a very willing public🥰

From Mama Lolly’s kitchen straight to the shores of Antigua—the place I love. 🇦🇳🌴🌶️

Looking at this bottle of Original Red against the horizon, I’m reminded of how much this island and my beautiful grandmother shaped everything I do. This sauce is more than just heat; it’s a tribute to her, a piece of home, and a reminder of the lessons she taught me. Fiercely fiery, just like her spirit. 🔥

What a beautiful evening ❤️🌴

In preparation for we hosted a special preview supper club to bring The Homecoming Harvest to a London table ahead of our event , and it could not have gone better.

The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and the incredible energy that comes when good people gather over great food. From the very first course to dessert, the dishes went down a treat and seeing everyone connect with the flavours meant so much to us.

A little taste of the Caribbean in London… and we’re only just getting started ✨🍽️
