Quick intro for the new faces 👋
At Happy Endings we make ice cream. But the way we see it, ice cream is just our medium.
Every ingredient we use, every supplier we work with, every person on the team — it’s all a chance to do things properly. To build the kind of food business we actually want to exist in the world.
Vanilla, cacao, milk, eggs, sugar. Simple pleasures. Big intentions.
We’re Happy Endings. Everybody deserves one 🌈

You could have an oat flat white, OR you could have an oat mocha soft serve. We know what we’d choose.
We’ve been working with to whip up some plant based magic for their stand and we’re pretty pleased with ourselves.
Vegan mocha soft serve. Stand W13. Come and get a taste of the good stuff.

Ten years ago, opened their doors. Terri met Shaun, and the rest was history.
We’ve been using their milk, cream and butter ever since — across everything we make. Because it’s the best. They’ve made our products better, consistently, for a decade.
Nine years ago we collaborated together at the London Coffee Festival for the first time. Next weekend we’re doing it again — to celebrate their 10th birthday, and ten years of making something we’re both genuinely proud of.
Come find us at stand HP15 on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th from 1–3pm. Come for the soft serve. Come for the coffee. Come to say happy birthday to a dairy that deserves a lot of love.

Hey friends! Our team is getting revved up to bring all our very best ice cream magic across London this summer, and the best part is we’ve got some space to add a pop up (or two) to our agenda.
Over the last couple of years we’ve had ice cream windows at some of your favourites like Pavilion Vic Park and 100 Shoreditch.
This year, we want to open it up to you! Got a space you reckon we could swirl some soft serve, scoop some scoops and serve some sammies that slap? We want to hear about it!
