1. From central London, take the A40 towards Westway.
2. Continue on Westway until you reach the exit for A3220/West Cross Route.
3. Take the exit and merge onto A3220/West Cross Route.
4. Keep left to continue on Holland Park Roundabout/A402/A3220.
5. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Holland Park Avenue/A402.
6. Continue straight on Holland Park Avenue until you reach Pembridge Road.
7. Turn right onto Pembridge Road and continue for about 0.3 miles.
8. The Cobden will be on your left-hand side.
