Where do I even begin? Nearly six years ago, you joined Attendant, and since then, you’ve been an unwavering force, a pillar of strength, and an incredible leader for Fitzrovia and beyond.
Through every challenge, every high and low, you’ve been there—always going above and beyond for the team, for Bosh, and for me. I will never forget how you supported us through covid and what you did - Thank you.
Your dedication, kindness, and relentless hard work have left an indelible mark on Attendant.
You’ve helped shape not just the Fitzrovia store, but the heart of our company, making it a better place for everyone who walks through the doors.
As much as we are sad to see you leave our family, we are incredibly excited for your next chapter—owning your own café. There’s no doubt in our minds that you will absolutely smash it, just as you have with everything you’ve put your heart into.

With every sip of this Costa Rican coffee there is something to explore and learn. The most striking trait is the intense floral aroma that comes from the Red Bourbon cultivar. This complexity develops when the coffee cherry is pulped, leaving a thick layer of mucilage on the coffee bean.
This technique, known as anaerobic processing, leaves the coffee with a deep, jammy sweetness balanced by a soft citrus and green apple acidity which comes from the 96
hours the coffee is spent fermenting in airtight tanks.

Their seasonal espresso blend is pulled directly from the Attendant Roastery through their La Marzocco 3 Group Linea PB, as well as single origin filters from around the world via V60 Drip or Aeropress. They also serve up their seasonal home-style breakfast, brunch, lunch menus daily until 4pm as well as granola and other treats direct from their kitchen. Their use of organic unhomogenised Estate Dairy milk and The Rare Tea Co loose leaf teas adds to their commitment to quality.
Attendant also sells beans and high-quality brewing equipment for those who want to bring a piece of Attendant home with them. While they don't take reservations, their friendly team of baristas will get you a coffee on the espresso bar whilst you wait for the next available table.
