To reach Manor Road in London, take the train to East Ham Station and exit on the north side. Turn right and walk along the High Street North for about 5 minutes until you reach the junction with Barking Road. Turn left onto Barking Road and continue straight ahead for another 10 minutes before turning right onto a small road which will take you to Manor Road.
If you prefer to drive, take A13 towards London City Airport and turn right on Prince Regent Lane. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Tollgate Road and then turn left onto Kennard Street. Continue straight and turn right onto Manor Road.
Parking is available on nearby streets but it can be limited during peak hours. There are also parking spaces available at a nearby shopping center, Newham Retail Park which is located a few minutes away from Manor road by foot.
