It's fig season!!
Have you tried figs and walnuts together?

I get bored eating the same thing all the time, that also means having the same boring one fruit topping on my porridge.

This is a great idea. Figs are in season, growing up we only ever ate them as a dried fruit.
I think that's a staple in most Asian households. But now, I get the pleasure of fresh figs.
So delicate, so beautiful.

Here, we have Scottish oats made with mostly water and a touch of milk. Still really creamy and indulgent.
Topped with fresh figs, strawberries and banana. Sprinkled with walnuts and pistachios and a drizzle of clear honey.😋😋😋
