Just a little announcement folks (or should it be a big one?)
I am now back in the area having taken the position of Head Chef at Stay restaurant, which is based in Emerson Park.
The whole ethos of producing British cuisine, with a focus on seasonality and quality ingredients sourced locally, really is a bit of me. And there’s lots of ideas going into the pot.
If you haven’t visited yet, it would be great to see some of the old faces from the Brasserie days, and if you do pop in, make sure that staff let me know!
You might also see Helen, who will be helping out on occasion with Front of House.

To get to Elm Park Avenue in Hornchurch, you can take the District Line on the London Underground and get off at Elm Park Station. From there, it's just a short walk to Elm Park Avenue.
Alternatively, if you're driving, you can take the A124 from Romford towards Hornchurch and turn onto Elm Park Avenue. There is limited street parking available in the area.
