Calling all parents, guardians of those that are 16+ with teens and young adults that would like to improve their cooking skills.
Colline's Kitchen Newbury and myself will be running an essential beginners cooking masterclass on Tuesday 25 August.
If they are off to college/uni or leaving home soon this is for them.
This is a chance for them to learn essential cooking skills for life.
We will cover budget friendly meals, batch cooking, simple to follow recipes, meal plans and more.

If you make one family supper this week make it this one:
Quick, easy one dish spicy chicken traybake packed with delicious flavours.
Feeds 4
8 x chicken thighs
140g smoked pancetta
400g cherry tomatoes
2 large garlic cloves
3 tlbs tomato paste
3 tlbs olive oil
1 red chilli remove seeds
Handful black olives
4 thyme sprigs
500 g new potatoes cut in half
Whizz the tomato paste, garlic, oil and chilli in a food processor until smooth
Coat chicken and potatoes with paste in a roasting dish and add thyme sprigs and black pepper. Roast 30 mins 200c or aga roasting oven middle shelf for 30 mins
Add pancetta and turn chicken and toss potatoes. Cook for 15 mins.
Add cherry tomatoes and olives, turn and cook for another 15 mins until the tomatoes have roasted.
Serve with green veg. Enjoy

Last minute call, fast turnaround and an incredible evening ✨
It was a privilege to cater for private view drinks reception on Thursday night for 80 people.
Davina will be opening up her studio over the next three weekends and showcasing her incredible art. It is all part of the West Berks and North Hants Open Studios
Over 100 artists will be exhibiting throughout the area and it starts this weekend until 25th May.
Thank you to my team for making the evening a huge success.

Saturday nights 21st birthday party.
Guests arrived to ch*****ne and a selection of hot and cold canapés in the garden before heading into the marquee for a hot buffet supper.
The menu was
Homemade Lasagne, red cabbage slaw, green leaf salad with a homemade balsamic and mustard dressing along with a local wild garlic bread. Chocolate Brownies, raspberries and crème fraiche for pudding.
Then the party really began, dancing into the evening with a ceilidh band.
