About us - Seasonal Mediterranean inspired menu, list of award-winning wines, frequently changing real ales and continental lagers with a young vibrant team who are very proud of what we do.

About you – Are you interested in good things to eat and drink? Do you enjoy looking after a discerning drinking and dining clientele? Are you naturally smiley, friendly, charming, enthusiastic and proud of the way you go about your work? Are you interested in taking on more responsibility, management roles in the future?

The Dartmouth Castle is part of a small Gastropub group that has been up and running for 14 years. We like being small and operating as a family rather than a corporate entity. We all know and support each other throughout the company and, consequently, promotion can occur between the pubs as well as in the one on which you work. All our managers have been promoted from within; an ethos we feel has proven to be successful over the years.
