Our Vanilla Cake has had a little refresh. Light vanilla sponge, smooth vanilla buttercream and fresh raspberry compote, finished with colourful mini pearls.
And it’s not just the look that’s changed…our layer cakes are now 15% bigger 👀

We’ve taken one of autumn’s most-loved comfort classics and given it the Lola’s treatment.
Sticky toffee sponge, smooth vanilla mascarpone icing and rich sticky toffee sauce, finished with caramelised white chocolate popcorn shards.

The Test Kitchen is heating up!
We’re back in the kitchen for another round of baking, this time testing everything from sweet to savoury as the menu starts to take shape.
And the taste-testing panel has had a bit of an upgrade…the big bosses are getting involved. No pressure, Safa & Emily 👀
There’s still plenty we’re keeping under wraps, but not for much longer.
