We did a fab gorgeous wedding in Kent the other day ….. food had a Malaysian twist ….. marquee ….flowers were incredible and guests just lovely….. bride and groom and families just the best !!!!!

Last week we did a very bespoke design driven cocktail infused and fun event where the amazing collaborated with the wonderful .
The most interesting and gorgeous people were invited and they loved our selection of bite size canapés and cocktails ….. indeed they ate everything and were really appreciative and lovely …. Thank you thank you - it was properly fun ! Thank you too for the fab connection …… harbour designers

Nearly forgot to let you know we did an amazing night a week or so ago Hosted by and for Zac’s exterordinary Art For Nature sculpture exhibition which closes this Friday ….. you have to go …. They are unbelievable and all the money raised very generously given to support YABA CHIC wildlife conservation in Costa Rica - we did canapés and champagne that was wolfed …… very happy inspiring and special A lister evening - congrats and big thank you to Zac !! We can’t wait till the next one …..

In May, we did a very important Grenfell Tower fundraiser for the school that sits below the tower. Guests drank divine English sparkling wine and the ever delish Whispering Angel Rosè. They feasted on pulled pork buns with Asian slaw, miso yogurt chicken kebabs, roasted aubergine, endemame bean and pickled cucumber salad and ice creams from the ever delicious — it was one of many big events this year and the guests were really generous….. as well as wolfing down all our food! It was a really special charity event and very important to all our hearts here at edible food design…….We hope you are all having a happy summer!!

We have been manic !! Where have the last three months gone? This is a taster of one of our favourite charities- Future Talent- music entwined with helping young talent - we catered a fundraiser at The Round House back in April …. Amazing music and just the nicest charity…. X.

We were lucky to look after “Safe haven for donkeys” in a very special Place last week ….. we have had a very busy run up to Easter so it was a total joy to look after this lovely charity with such special people and they do such amazing and very important work ….in very difficult ( especially at the moment!!) parts of the world …..
We did lunch time bite size nibbles
Vegan sausage rolls, pea, mint courgette falafals with basil mayo ,
Wild mushroom risotto balls with truffle mayo
Focaccia mini crushed chick
pea and red pepper salsa sandwiches with beetroot powder
Miso aubergine filo tartlets with pickled cucumber and wild garlic flowers to mention a few ……
The chocolate Easter egg tartlets were wolfed down so no time to photograph ….
The Easter weekend has been a treat with family…. Hope you have all been spoilt with chocolate and happy family time …. X

WE'RE HIRING! We are looking for a Party planner and office manager at our well–established bespoke catering company based in Battersea Reach, just by the Wandsworth Bridge. We are looking for a big foodie with a love of being totally organised, happy to work in a small team and by yourself, with strong Office 365 and Apple Mac, numeracy and creative writing skills and would be happy working in a multi-facetted environment. You will be dealing with clients and all their requirements as well as general office management, waiting staff management and even occasionally helping in our little café. This job would suit entry level or beyond, so we are keeping our fingers crossed that you are that person!
