We have had a little wallet handed in to us today. If you know this gentleman could you please let him know we have it. I am here at the cafe until 3pm at which point I will drop it off with the garrison police station to ensure it’s kept safe

A little change to our opening hours this weekend ☕🍰
This Friday, the kitchen will be closed, but don’t worry — we’ll still be open for a cake & coffee only day! 🍰☕
Then on Saturday, we’ll be closed completely as I’m heading away for the weekend with my son for a much-needed and very well-deserved break. ❤️

🔥 HOT FOOD IS BACK! 🔥
Well… it looks like the temperature has finally remembered what it’s supposed to be doing! 😂🌡️
After what felt like living inside an oven, we can officially bring the hot food back today! 🍳🥓🍟
So if you’ve been missing a proper hot meal, today is your lucky day! Come and grab something tasty, warm and comforting — because apparently we’re allowed to use the oven again without accidentally creating a sauna! 🥵😂

Update for today 🌡️
Unfortunately, we’ve decided to extend the no hot food service for today as well.
My kitchen is very small with very little ventilation, and it is currently sitting at around 35°C even without the cooking equipment being used. Turning on the cooking equipment in these conditions would make the kitchen extremely hot and uncomfortable, so for the safety and wellbeing of everyone, we feel this is the best decision.
We really appreciate your understanding and patience while we work through the heat. ❤️

Due to the very high temperatures today and tomorrow, we have made the decision that we will NOT be serving hot food on either day.
The health, safety and comfort of our staff is extremely important to us, and with the temperatures being so high, we feel this is the best decision for everyone.
But don’t worry — you can still grab something refreshing! 🥪🥗
Cold sandwiches and salads will still be available as normal throughout today and tomorrow, giving you plenty of lighter options to enjoy in the heat.
We’re sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause, and we really appreciate your understanding and continued support. ❤️

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team on Saturdays, with the possibility of additional shifts becoming available.
Start date: ASAP
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista is essential.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Some customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a busy environment.
• Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills.
