🌞🐶 A little plea from us this week…
If you can, please leave your dogs at home while you’re visiting. We know they love a day out, but with temperatures soaring, hot pavements and the heat can make things pretty uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) for our four-legged friends.
Of course, we know some dogs have perfected the art of looking at you with those eyes until you give in. 😅
So, if you do decide to bring your dog along, don’t worry—we’ll have plenty of shade and fresh water available to help keep them cool.
We’re not trying to be the fun police; we just want everyone, especially the furry members of the family, to stay safe during the hot weather.

We are open. Our window is as safe as possible. Insurance has been out to make sure of that. We now just await a replacement. Our outside may not look very pretty at the moment but we’re still the same cafe inside 🥰
Please don’t let this deter you from visiting us while we have this ongoing. Our drinks, bakes and food are still all available for dine in or takeaway.
We want to thank everyone for their kind words and support. Again if anyone has any information please don’t hesitate to contact me or the police (even anonymously)

Just a quick update for everyone:
We’ll be open as usual tomorrow and can’t wait to see you!
Unfortunately, due to our window being damaged, the seating by the window will be unavailable for the time being. The area has been secured as much as possible, but we’d rather play it safe and keep customers away from it while we arrange repairs.
Our outdoor seating isn’t going anywhere—it’s just been temporarily moved onto the cobblestones outside.
Thanks for your understanding and support while we get everything back to normal. See you tomorrow!

Unfortunately I will have to be closed today and until my cafe can be made safe. During the night my front window has been smashed. We’re currently reviewing CCTV from our premises and other local shops and hope to identify who has done this. If anyone has any information please either contact myself or the police as this has been reported.
