Meet THE AUSTRALIAN.
A lighter option for these warmer days.
One polenta corn fritter, smashed avocado, oat crème fraîche, rocket, Belazu preserved lemon & harvest olive oil dressing.
It’s been on our menu since our first pop-up in 2015 and we don’t dare remove it.
The small preserved Beldi lemons and olive oil punctuates the mellow flavours of corn and avocado, to make this dish truly AWESOME.
