Too many couples and event hosts skip the hard questions at the booking stage, and only discover the gaps when it's far too late to fix them.
Here's what to ask before you commit to anyone:
1. Can I taste the food before the event?
2. How do you handle dietary requirements in writing?
3. What's your contingency plan if something runs late?
4. Can you show me reviews from events of a similar size?
5. Is the quoted price fixed, or can it change before the day?
