Thank you Judge, positives for today is Finchley property partnership attempted to have my claim dismissed , thankfully he said not going to cancel, they made me an offer to let me off the £100,000.00 they are claiming from me if I drop my claim against them, uh 🤔, I think not 🤪 not after all they’ve put me through, now they want mediation although they’ve had over 2 years to negotiate a settlement they’ve now decided they want another 3 months to mediate, again lying about having not received documents, telling the judge they don’t even know what the case is about nor why they are attending, JOKERS 🤡🤡 , been contacted by Finchley property tenants who they are doing the same to, looks like Finchley Property have done this before and know how to ABUSE the system ! Let’s see what the courts think in 2023 after mediation !

Sorry everyone, miss u all v much, really wanted to get back in , but not with these rogue landlords and staff, and as u can see they didn’t even wait for court to resolve the matter, they decided to develop which is exactly why they altered their accounts to look like I owed them a large amount of rent arrears, which is fictitious

Apparently we didn’t have enough evidence, judge didn’t even look at pictures that proved the damage to shop and didn’t care about their frauding their accounts, back handers comes to mind .. could go for next court case, but not sure right now.. need to get over this one .. British justice system, what a load of bullocks !!

They tried to make out that the fake invoices / duplicated / tampered were computer generated unfortunately for them it was obvious it came from one of their secretaries which judge was informed of..

Court hearing tomorrow 26 July for unlawful forfeiture, access back into shop, compensation and payment to fix shop 🙏 let’s hope this time round the landlord and courts get their s**t together so justice can be done for a positive outcome ! 🙏🍀🍀🤞🏼🤞🏼
