Ciao!! 👋
You may have wondered where I’ve been for all these months…
A lot of things have changed in the last 3 years and as life goes on, it has not been easy to keep everything together!
Since COVID, it was very difficult for me to keep my UK business alive and I’ve managed to do that thanks to some amazing girls who have worked with me very hard to make it possible.
Unfortunately, things have changed in the last months and as my personal life brought me back to Italy - even if I’ve been trying so hard to make things work - it is time to temporarily say goodbye to DOLCE London…
BUT, I’m not saying it’s the end, if you know me, you know that I’m and optimistic enthusiastic (very stubborn as well) so I’ll do my best to find a solution - again - to be back ASAP.
AND, my baking adventure doesn’t stop here but of course it has followed me to Italy… So if you want to support my new baking project and be part of another crazy journey, feel free to follow and spread the voice to all your relatives and friends living in Milan!! As I said, it is not a goodbye but I want to thank with every little piece of my heart all of those who have believed in my little dream, supported my business in many ways, enjoyed my cakes and pastries and made it possible for all these years.
It was an amazing journey so far, I couldn’t be more grateful of what I’ve achieved, of all the joy I’ve shared with you and the satisfaction I got from this little business of mine. It has made me really happy and meant a lot to me.

Hello!👋 I know it’s been awhile (almost 3 months) since my last post here but hey, so many things going on at the same time!😅
Happy to share with you this super number cake 🎂that I made few weeks ago for the baptism of my friend’s daughter - the lovely Nina!💕
It was the first time that I made a full name in cake shape and I think the final result looks just wow !!🤩

Yesterday we’ve celebrated Sofia half year (actually 6 months)!💖
Every occasion is a good excuse to bake a cake 🎂, even at home!!
Sofia couldn’t help but putting her hand in the cake and having a (very very very) little try! 😋
Happy 6️⃣months my lovely Sofia, you are sweetest babygirl I could ever wish for!🥰
PS: Alice was quite mad at me because I made this cake alone without her help!😵💫

Pastiera and handmade chocolate eggs🥚…This Easter we had a blast 💥 with our sweet treats!
They are all gone now and we are ready to celebrate this festivities with our family & friends … And a lot of food, of course!!😋

To me baking has always been a way to express the love for the people I care the most…👩🏻🍳
I’m not a fan of Valentine’s Day so today was just an excuse to bake something new with my daughter Alice👩👧!!
We made this chocolate plumcake with a red heart ❤️in the center and she was so surprised to see it once we cut it!!🤩

They are actually our signature products and the reason why DOLCE London is so popular amongst Italians🇮🇹in London!
They are perfect for celebrations🎉, sweet tables and company events or just to enjoy with your family and friends on Sunday lunches - as Italians commonly do! 😃
Have you tried them already? Which one is your fav?😋Mine is definitely the chantilly choux and the mixed berries 🫐🍓mini fruits tarts!!

Happy Halloween!!
Even if I’m not a huge fan of Halloween 👻 this is it was fun to make these themed biscotti because it was amazing to look at my daughter ‘s face when she saw them!🤩
They are super easy to make and very effective to impress kids !🙃
So I made some occhio di bue with nutella skulls💀, cinnamon and brown sugar pumpkin 🎃, witch fingers🧙♀️ and orange and cocoa bats🦇!!

On the 12th of October, we became a family of 4️⃣!
Sofia came to world 🌎 at the very beginning of the day, all in a rush she was born happy and healthy and it was amazing to have this treasure in my arms!💕
This time everything went smooth and fine (more or less 😅, I was almost delivering her in a taxi 🚕!) so I’m grateful for this little bundle of joy that I can’t explain my feelings in words.
Few days ago we’ve celebrated her first week anniversary and, as I had no time whatsoever to make a cake (😩), I couldn’t help but choose one from one of my favorite pastry shops in Milan: marlapasticceria !👩🏻🍳
This cake 🍰 was made to celebrate the birth of the 2 pastry chef’s daughter, named Sofia as well!😍

It’s probably about time to tell you what I’ve really been doing during these last months… 🤭 As you might have seen me a little bit less on social medias!😅
Truth is, I’ve been “baking” another little wonder 🤰who’s coming soon in our family!! 🥰
This time, I’ve kept it a little bit more for me and I wanted to take more time for myself and my pregnancy 💫, enjoying more moments with my daughter and husband, family and friends !!😃
But now I’m happy to share with you this amazing news and tell you that we cannot wait to see and hug our second baby girl!!!💕
