What people say
Vegetarian and vegan restaurants are becoming increasingly popular as people become more health-conscious and environmentally aware. Amrutha Lounge, located on Garratt Lane in London, is a shining example of a restaurant that caters to this growing demand. The innovative vegan dishes and heart-warming classics prepared by their chefs on a daily basis are simply outstanding. What sets Amrutha Lounge apart from other vegetarian/vegan restaurants is the emphasis they place on taking simple ingredients and elevating them to extraordinary levels, resulting in what they call 'Vegan Soul Food'.
The food at Amrutha Lounge is made from scratch with an emphasis on using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. This not only benefits the local community but also ensures that the food is fresh and bursting with flavor. The menu caters to everyone's tastes, needs, and pockets, with takeaway boxes starting from just £5 for curry, rice, and two salads.
If you prefer to dine in, Amrutha Lounge has a cozy little restaurant that can accommodate up to 10 tables. Lunchtimes are usually quiet, so you should be able to walk in without any hassle. However, if you're planning on coming down for dinner, it's best to book a table in advance as they tend to get booked up pretty quickly most nights.
In conclusion, if you're looking for delicious vegan food that's made with love and care using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, then look no further than Amrutha Lounge on Garratt Lane in London. Their innovative dishes will leave your taste buds tingling and your stomach satisfied!
