My hen do was 9 years ago!

Getting married for the first time at 49 was the best thing I ever did (apart from the beautiful kids, obvs).

Did a 5k run round the Harbour in Bristol this morning. So pleased that I can now run this distance (thanks to the couch to 5k app). Feeling so much stronger too. 😊🏃‍♀️

How nice is the light in the Rose & Crown?

Sat with my wonderful husband, drinking , (nearly 850 days alcohol-free) feeling incredibly grateful for all the wonderful things in our lives.

Contentment has nothing to do with possessions or external validation, it’s about being in the present.

Letting my brain really feel this is very much a work in progress. 😊

So so sorry to anyone I’ve let down - I’m not sure I’ve ever been this poorly. 🤒
