Not drinking? No problem! By the glass we have the delicious Nuala from the Danish NoLo (No & Low Alcohol) drinks company . Their focus is on fermenting and blending sophisticated drinks that can be paired with a meal - just like any other wine.
Nuala is a refreshing and layered alternative to red wine, with a lush palate of ripe berries. At 0.4% ABV you can keep enjoying it all night!

• ARTEFACT •
We love the Artefact series, produced by the family run Bodega Finca Venta de Don Quijote. Amazing value for money wines that currently feature on our list both by the glass and by the bottle.
The labels were comissioned by , inspired by drawings of Arabic numerals. The idea is that the series will keep on growing, adding numbers as they go.
‘Artefact #1’ is a delicious and juicy Tempranillo, packed with notes of plum, red berries and dried herbs.
‘Artefact #2’ is a fresh and balanced Verdejo, starting with plenty of tropical fruit an delivering a fresh mineral finish.

• NATURAL WINE •
Natural wine is all the rage, but what is it exactly?
“Natural” is not a protected title, but refers to wine made by winemakers who are focused on agriculture and production that is better for the planet. Usually this entails very little intervention from the winemaker in terms of pesticides, additives, sulphites etc. A lot of the time natural wine will be unfined and unfiltered, which is why they can be cloudy. This is purely tasty tasty sediment from the grapes 🤤
Often this means they are also organic - or even biodynamic (we’ll get into that one another time…)
We have a horde of wines who fall under the “natural wine” umbrella in our wine cellar, ask us about them next time you are in!

The Bee Side is a juicy and crunchy example of Grenache at its best. It’s a wine that has enough structure to pair wonderfully with Mediterranean food, but is also friendly enough to stand alone through a chatty catch up. Perfect for this “not quite Priorat time” weather.
Lots of delicious red fruit, elegant tannins and very fine notes of fennel.
