The Madras Baked Potato
Chef just levelled up the iconic baked potato, since we didn't have any beans or cheese he whipped up a sauce which added a flavour dimension to this classic staple plus a kick of chilli.
Give it a try next time you feel for a baked spud or if you have some curry sauce left over.
My first time and it tasted gooood, so I went back for seconds.
Chef does it again.

Looks like we're getting mugged off everyday everywhere we go. It's about pointing fingers when it gets expensive to eat!
We're trying to offer value at a price point where profit seems like a speck of dust on the horizon.
However, don't get it twisted. Our food is wholesome, hearty and will keep you going.
Help us to help you to keep going.

Sheekh Kebabs
Marinated lamb mince skewered and grilled in the tandoori clay oven.
Succulent to the point you always want more.
Paired with a garlic naan, onion salad and mint sauce and you have a banging combination, basically a kebab roll.

Small business has been backed up into a corner. People still need to eat but the economics of running a food joint means the cost of your fry up has gone up significantly.
Who's to blame for the £12 avocado smash?

Starbucks paid £0 UK corporation tax last year.
After £525,000,000 in revenue.
This isn’t a conspiracy.
It isn’t illegal.
It’s how the system works.
Multinationals move profits.
Losses appear on paper.
Tax bills disappear.
Meanwhile, PAYE earners and small businesses are told to “do their bit” and we don’t get the same levers.
We’re not saying boycott anyone. We’re saying this so you understand what’s happening.
Support local.
Buy independent.

The CHICKEN TIKKA RICE BOWL
We are in the midst of a significant economic reset it seems and things will likely get even tougher for people and small businesses.
We must adapt to the controlling parameters, so here's a munch for less than £7.
Chopped chicken tikka chunks with vegetable fried rice will satiate the hunger for less than a cab ride to Croydon.

The TANDOOR is what it's all about, a high heat clay oven which grills but keeps the meats juicy.
I wish I had one at home.
Have a taste of Flavortown, call or order online.
