WE’RE MAKING CUPPING A MONTHLY THING
After the amazing response to our first three cupping events, we are so excited to announce that we will now be hosting a cupping every month!
If you are curious about specialty coffee, love discovering new flavours or just want to geek out over good coffee with us, this one’s for you. 🌍☕️
Each month, we will explore different origins, coffees and flavour profiles, taste side-by-side and learn a little more about what makes each cup unique.
Keep an eye on our page for upcoming dates and coffees. We’ll see you at the cupping table! 📝

Our third cupping is in the books!
We gathered around the table to explore groups of remarkable coffees from Ethiopia Gedeb, Bensa and Gesha Village to Colombia Pink Bourbon.
Some people came knowing exactly what to look for. Others were experiencing a coffee cupping for the very first time. That’s what we love most, there are no experts required, just curiosity.
Watching everyone compare notes, discover unexpected flavours and share their thoughts reminded us that coffee is at its best when it’s enjoyed together.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made our third cupping another unforgettable one. We can’t wait to host the next one!
💬 If you could taste just one of these coffees, which would you choose?

Not every fruity coffee tastes the same and that’s exactly why we cup! 🍓🫐 Every flavour tells a story about where the coffee came from, how it was grown and how it was processed. That’s what keeps us curious, discovering the unique expression of coffee terroirs!

Some people leave a bigger mark than they realise.
Last year, Niamh joined us as our first part-time team member.
What followed were countless coffees served, conversations shared and friendships formed. Many of you came to know her for the warmth and kindness she brought to the cafe each day.
While her chapter with us has come to an end, her contribution to this space and community remains.
Thank you for helping make this cafe what it is today.

Some of our favourite moments happened when nothing special was happening.
A morning coffee.
A conversation by the window.
A child waving from a chair.
A familiar face walking through the door.
Thank you for sharing a year of everyday moments with us and for making this space your own 🪴📚

One week after our first anniversary, we’re taking a moment to look back at where it all began.
This photo was taken just after the renovation of the cafe was complete. Its a blank canvas, a dream and a deep belief that coffee could be more than just a daily drink.
Meet Raymond, the founder behind our café. Originally from Hong Kong, his passion for specialty coffee started with curiosity: where coffee comes from, how it’s brewed and how every bean carries its own unique story. His vision was simple, that is to create a space where people could slow down, learn, explore and experience coffee beyond the cup.
Over the past year, we’ve shared countless conversations about origins, processing methods, brewing techniques and tasting notes. Together, we’ve explored the complexity and craft hidden within every coffee bean.
As we begin our journey into the second year, we’re grateful for everyone who has been part of this story. And we’re just getting started.
Exciting expansions, new experiences and more opportunities to discover coffee await.
Here’s to remembering our beginning while looking forward to what’s next. 🌱

Coffee, reduced to its essentials.
This week, we gathered around six Gesha coffees to explore how origin, terroir and processing shape every cup.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our second cupping experience this Wednesday.

Throwback to our first coffee cupping night! An evening of tasting, learning and connecting.
This session brought together curious newcomers, coffee professionals and people working closely with local farming communities, all around one table.
Thank you to everyone who joined our very first cupping event and made it thoughtful, engaging and genuinely fun.
More sessions brewing soon ☕

One of our milestones this year is simple: create a space where coffee could bring people together through curiosity, learning and conversation.
Earlier this month, we hosted our very first community cupping event and we are incredibly grateful for how it turned out. Around the table were people experiencing specialty coffee for the first time, alongside coffee professionals, producers and those working closely with local farmer collectives. Different backgrounds, different perspectives, but all connected by a shared curiosity for coffee.
What made the evening special wasn’t just the coffees we tasted but it was the questions asked, stories shared and connections formed over every cup.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first cupping night such a success! Seeing the room filled with engagement, laughter, learning and thoughtful discussion reminded us exactly why we wanted to do this.
And we’re excited to do it all again!
Our second Community Cupping Night is happening this Wednesday, just 4 days away, featuring 6 exceptional Gesha coffees. Whether you’re completely new to coffee or already deep in the world of specialty coffee, there’s always something new to discover around the cupping table.
We would love to have you join us! ☕️
