Throwback to our first coffee cupping night! An evening of tasting, learning and connecting.
This session brought together curious newcomers, coffee professionals and people working closely with local farming communities, all around one table.

One of our milestones this year is simple: create a space where coffee could bring people together through curiosity, learning and conversation.
Earlier this month, we hosted our very first community cupping event and we are incredibly grateful for how it turned out. Around the table were people experiencing specialty coffee for the first time, alongside coffee professionals, producers and those working closely with local farmer collectives. Different backgrounds, different perspectives, but all connected by a shared curiosity for coffee.
What made the evening special wasn’t just the coffees we tasted but it was the questions asked, stories shared and connections formed over every cup.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first cupping night such a success! Seeing the room filled with engagement, laughter, learning and thoughtful discussion reminded us exactly why we wanted to do this.
And we’re excited to do it all again!
Our second Community Cupping Night is happening this Wednesday, just 4 days away, featuring 6 exceptional Gesha coffees. Whether you’re completely new to coffee or already deep in the world of specialty coffee, there’s always something new to discover around the cupping table.
We would love to have you join us! ☕️

Latte.
More milk, softer texture.
Steamed to 60°C for natural sweetness.
A thin layer of microfoam, smooth, but not frothy.

There is something quietly powerful about a hand drip.
Long before machines defined convenience, coffee was an intentional ritual that involves balancing water, temperature and time among other factors. The hand drip (or pour-over) carries that legacy forward, rooted in early 20th century brewing traditions and refined into what we now celebrate as specialty coffee craftsmanship.
Every pour is a decision. From controlling temperature and water flow to highlighting the unique character of each origin, hand drip brewing is where the true expression of the coffee reveals itself.
Experience the beauty of a carefully brewed cup at our cafe. Let us prepare a hand drip for you and taste coffee the way it was meant to be, thoughtful and expressive.

Have you ever wondered what’s the story behind our label?
Yes, thats the one you see on every cup ☕
It’s a reminder of why we started Aroma Lab Coffee. Our every bean carries a story of where it’s grown, how it’s nurtured and the care taken in every step of its journey. The aroma, the flavour, the texture, they’re all a reflection of that story.
Our philosophy is simple: to celebrate the craft, share knowledge and connect our community through coffee. Every cup for us is an experience, not just a drink.

New year often reminded us all of new beginnings made out of meaningful reflections from the past year. For us, this feels like the perfect time to look back on how our stories are crafted. 🕰️
We started with just a small outdoor coffee stand, a few cups brewed with hope and conversations shared under open skies. What we didn’t know then was how much support our community would pour into us.
From familiar faces who came back day after day, to new friends travelling from overseas just to visit us. Every cup carried a story.
Now, standing inside our very own store, we are reminded that this journey was never just about coffee. It’s about the bonds we’ve built, the stories we’ve heard, and the moments shared over a cup.
Today, we’re grateful to be a place beyond coffee, a space where people learn about coffee, exchange thoughts and gather with the people they love.

☀️ Summer in a Cup at Aroma Lab Coffee
Say hello to our latest Ecuador Honey Process Latte – your new go-to for those sun-soaked or windy days
This cup is crafted with beans grown at 1,400–1,600 MASL by dedicated farm collectives in Ecuador and roasted right here in the UK at a local roastery. Using the honey process, these beans retain natural sweetness and complexity – think strawberry, baked apple, and cherry tea in every silky sip ☕🍏
📍Swing by Aroma Lab Coffee and taste the season the specialty way.

Today’s pour features single origin beans from Kenya, with tasting notes of rich cacao, bright apricot, and a hint of ripe blackberry.
At Aroma Lab Coffee, every cup is a quiet study in depth and detail — no shortcuts, just pure expression of the bean. ☕️
