We’re looking for two experienced, qualified Nursery Managers to job share and help us build something genuinely exciting — a brand new Ofsted-registered nursery, right here at Finnegan’s World ✨
This is a role you’ll help shape from the very start — leading the Ofsted registration process, designing the learning environment, building the team and the waiting list, and setting the tone for everything that follows ☁️
Preferred:
✨ Level 3 qualification in Childcare & Education (or equivalent)
✨ Minimum 5 years’ early years experience, including supervising staff
✨ Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training
✨ Strong working knowledge of EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
✨ Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
✨ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
The details:
📅 Part time, permanent · Monday–Friday job share · Pattern agreed between two postholders
💰 £38,000 pro rata
