Dessert, but make it a Negroni 🍒
The Black Forest Negroni takes all those familiar Black Forest flavours, dark chocolate, black cherry and almond, and brings them into a bittersweet mix of Jinzu gin, Campari, Byrrh and Bitter Bianco.
Finished with sour cherry jelly, because we believe sometimes it’s better to drink your dessert.

Fleur de Terre is floral, fruity, and just a little spicy, finished with Louis Pommery sparkling wine for that extra lift.

One of the best ways to eat at BSK is to order a little from both sides of the menu.
A few Mediterranean plates, a few Japanese-inspired dishes, something crisp to drink and everything in the middle of the table.
That’s kind of the point; it’s about fresh flavours, different textures and a table where everyone wants to try everything.
